With our extensive experience and understanding of the regulatory changes coming into effect; General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Making Tax Digital (MTD), we are able to advise companies on the best organisational change methods to take in order to work digitally, more effectively and [where necessary] within the guidelines dictated.

Ezra Idafar

Ezra has been responsible for supporting and implementing a new payment and CRM system at BFC bank where he has worked for over two years. This included writing test scripts, demonstrating and documenting process flows as well as running User Acceptance Testing and applying system configuration changes where necessary.

You want an advisers who has worked on the other side of the table.

Ezra has worked in the Relationship Management team at BFC Bank creating and managing business flowcharts and manuals as well as instigating key Know Your Customer procedures to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

You want an adviser who knows how to analyse your business.

Ezra qualified from D’Amore-Mckim School of Business with a BSC in Business Administration and is currently mid way through his BCS certificates including Modelling Business Processes and Business Change. Ezra has spent the last two years mapping out the most efficient systems to use in preparation for approval to gain the banking licence for BFC bank from Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA) and Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in September 2016 and completion of mobilisation in October 2017.
